Sputnik Web Browser - Second beta released!

 Some of the new key features are:
- support for cookies
- secure surfing via SSL
- downloading files
- improved stability
- fastlinks
- and more.
Known remaining rendering issues:
- Frames still has some problems, which may cause some strange layout problems (or dissapering of some contents) on some pages
- Sometimes contents are refreshed incorrectly and you need to resize window to force relayout and redraw of page (very rare case currently)
- Image renderer is not fully done. GIF images might have some problems, AnimGIFs are not supported, images base64-encoded in code also.
- It's not recommended to use bitmap frames from MUI4 in Sputnik prefs. Also setting objects background (especialy buttons and strings) to a "Same as parent object" might cause some very strange errors.
